Stick Sachet Pack Machine with Flowpack Line

This complete automatic packaging lines are designed and manufactured by KenHigh for forming and filling of stick-packs, 4 side seal, shaped sachets and their subsequent automatic wrapping in piles in flowpack bags. The raw material will be packed into stick bags by the multilane stick packing machine,  conveyed to the flow packing machine and grouped and sealed with a neat and tidy appearance.

The complete automatic packaging lines in KenHigh are individually custom-built, whether for primary or secondary packaging, and may include integration of all auxiliary units guaranteeing the highest efficiency together with the most compact machine layout, perfectly in line with KenHigh concepts.

Equipped with industrial PC, touch screen and servomotorized activation, it allows controlling the basic parameters of the machine such as pressure, temperature, sealing time and length of the sachet, assuring high quality sealing. It can operate with cadences of up to 50 cycles/min depending on the application.

As pharma documentation, KenHigh can supply the DQ, IQ and OQ documentation, as well as the functional analysis of the machine or other type of documentation that the customer may need.
