3 in 1 Instant Coffee Stick Packaging Line with Carton & Case System
A customer needed a total packaging solution for their 3-in-1 coffee sticks that included cartoning and case system.
We provided this full 3 in 1 instant coffee stick packaging line consisting of a stick pack packaging machine, a counting system, a cartoning machine and a case packaging system for the coffee powder product.
The stick pack machine can pack 30-50 bags instant coffee sticks per minute.
The finished sticks are conveyed to the cartoning system where they are counted and deposited into cardboard outer boxes.
The finished boxes be transfered to the case system and sorted to the cardboard case and sealed.
This 3 in 1 instant coffee stickpack packaging line is designed for coffee industry customer. This complete stick packaging line consisting of a stick pack Packaging Machine, a carton packing machine, and a case packing machine.
By using different batching systems it can pack any kind of product: granular and powder ones, liquids and pasty items.
The entire line requires only one operator, reducing labor costs.
