A well-known American company producing food supplements, healthcare and nutrition powder has commissioned us four new line for filling healthcare powder products in stickpack and packaging in both orderly and disorderly cartons.
KenHigh R&D team has undergone a series of technological developments that have resulted in this stick packaging solution becoming even more ergonomic, easily accessible, quickly upgraded, retrofitted and expanded.
The ST-1000-10L packing machine is an intermittent motion filler for packing stick bags. This solution handles healthcare powder products but our machines can also handle creams, gels, pasty products, liquid, granules, single pieces and so on, in the coffee, dairy, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. Thanks to cutting-edge technology, the filler output can reach up to 50 cycles/min, (depending on the product and stick specifications).
Multilane stickpack machine
The full packaging line consisting of a stick pack packaging machine, a sorting &counting system and a cartoning machine. Our stick pack machine adopts a full servo drive structure to saves energy by more than 30%, and make sure machine work stably and durably.
We adopt volumetic cups filler system with independent servo motor control for each lane to ensure the high accuracy performance. At the end of the line, the intermittent motion cartoner arranges the stickpacks neatly and orderly or disorderly in the buckets and then in the carton, inserting a folded leaflet and finally closing the carton with hot glue.
This 4 line packaging machine packing speed is up to 50 cutting/min/lane and 30 cartons per min with 10 and 30 sticks per carton.
